Greet and assist every customer in a professional manner Process loan applications to determine customer eligibility Educate customers on all product offerings including loan options and insurance products Work with past due customers to bring their account current through collections calls Conduct solicitation calls to generate new business HS Diploma or equivalent Goal oriented with sales skills and ambition Ability to multitask and effectively manage time Prior experience in customer service or sales industry preferred Benefits: Uncapped monthly bonus opportunities Medical, dental, and vision insurance Company paid LTD/STD, 401K with some company match Tuition reimbursement PTO allowance with Paid Holidays Employee Relief Fund Hourly: $15.50 - $21.00 The base hourly range represents the low and high end of the anticipated hourly range for this position based on the state average.
