Job Description:
Cigna is seeking a Contact Center Assistant to join our team in San Jose, California. This is a part-time position with the opportunity to work from home. As an Associate Level employee, we are looking for someone with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities:1. Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers, providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues or concerns.2. Assist with scheduling appointments, processing orders, and updating customer information in the system.3. Collaborate with team members to improve processes and ensure customer satisfaction.4. Use strategic planning skills to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency.5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up as needed.
Requirements:1. Reliable and passionate individual who is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service.2. Strong cooperation skills to work effectively with team members and customers.3. Experience in a contact center or customer service role preferred.4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.5. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
