Job Description:
Air Products & Chemicals is seeking a part-time Contact Center Associate to join our team in San Diego, California. As an Associate Level Contact Center Associate, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and providing exceptional customer service over the phone and through various digital channels. This position requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service role.
Responsibilities:- Answering customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner- Providing product information and support to customers- Upselling and cross-selling products and services to customers- Handling customer complaints and escalating issues as needed- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions- Collaborating with other team members to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction- Meeting or exceeding productivity and quality goals set by the company
Requirements:- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service role- Confident and reliable personality traits- Strong negotiation skills- Ability to effectively manage people- Excellent communication skills- Proficiency in using customer service software and tools- High school diploma or equivalent required
