Job Description:

Weyerhaeuser is seeking a Contact Center Officer to join our team in Denver, Colorado. As a full-time employee at the Associate Level, you will be responsible for managing all customer interactions through phone, email, and online chat to ensure a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities:- Handle a high volume of customer inquiries and issues with professionalism and efficiency- Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and company policies- Process orders, returns, and exchanges in accordance with company procedures- Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and resolve complex issues- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the company database- Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and suggest innovative solutions- Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance job performance

Requirements:- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a contact center environment- Energetic and motivated individual with a passion for delivering excellent customer service- Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with customers and colleagues- Strategic planning abilities to anticipate customer needs and proactively address potential issues- Experience with presentation software to effectively communicate key information to customers- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment- Knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications- Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
