Job Description:

Visteon is seeking a dedicated and driven Contact Center Officer to join our team in Jacksonville, Florida. As an Associate Level position, the Contact Center Officer will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from customers, providing exceptional customer service, and assisting with various administrative tasks. This is a part-time position with the opportunity for growth within the company.

Responsibilities:- Answer incoming calls and assist customers with inquiries or issues- Make outbound calls to follow up with customers or provide additional information- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the database- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and scheduling appointments- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience- Meet or exceed specified performance metrics related to call volume, quality, and customer satisfaction- Continuously improve customer service skills through training and development opportunities

Requirements:- 3 years of experience in a customer service or call center role- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Strong time management and attention to detail- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficiency with computer systems and software applications- High school diploma or equivalent required
