Contact Center Officer

Job Description:

Lansing Trade Group is seeking a part-time Contact Center Officer to join our team in San Francisco, California. This entry-level position requires at least 1 year of relevant experience and is perfect for motivated individuals who are driven to succeed. As a Contact Center Officer, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients through various communication channels such as phone, email, and chat.

Responsibilities:1. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.2. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.3. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a consistent and high-quality customer experience.4. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department.5. Assist with data entry and administrative tasks as needed.6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies.

Requirements:1. 1 year of experience in a customer service or contact center role.2. Motivated and driven to meet and exceed performance targets.3. Strong communication and problem-solving skills.4. Ability to think innovatively and adapt to changing situations.5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.6. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
