Job Description:

Starbucks is seeking a driven and energetic Contact Center Representative to join our team in Jacksonville, Florida. This is a part-time position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home. As an Associate Level member of our team, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service to our valued customers.

Responsibilities:1. Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and live chat interactions with customers in a professional and courteous manner.2. Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, product information, and order processing.3. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner.4. Utilize critical thinking skills to address complex customer concerns.5. Demonstrate creativity in finding solutions to customer problems.6. Meet and exceed performance metrics such as call quality, customer satisfaction, and resolution time.7. Document all customer interactions accurately in the system.8. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies.9. Adhere to company guidelines and procedures at all times.

Requirements:1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or call center role.2. Energetic and driven personality with a passion for helping others.3. Strong critical thinking skills and ability to think creatively.4. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.5. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.6. Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.7. High school diploma or equivalent.8. Must have a quiet and professional home office environment.
