**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Customer Interaction:**
- Respond to inbound customer calls, emails, and chat inquiries with enthusiasm and professionalism.
- Provide accurate information regarding Lennar's services, products, and processes to ensure customer satisfaction.

2. **Issue Resolution:**
- Identify customer needs and proactively offer solutions to enhance their experience.
- Utilize creative problem-solving skills to address complaints and resolve issues efficiently, escalating complex concerns to the appropriate department when necessary.

3. **Documentation:**
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in the company database.
- Support the creation of knowledge base articles and frequently asked questions based on customer interactions.

4. **Collaboration:**
- Work closely with various departments to coordinate responses and solutions for customer queries.
- Participate in team meetings to contribute ideas for improving processes and enhancing customer interactions.

5. **Training & Development:**
- Engage in ongoing training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
- Actively seek feedback to foster personal growth and improve performance.

6. **Adherence to Policies:**
- Follow established procedures to ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and data protection in all customer interactions.

**Requirements:**

- **Education:** High School Diploma or equivalent; pursuing or holding a degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- **Experience:** No prior professional experience is necessary; however, any customer service or retail experience would be a plus.
- **Personality Traits:**
- Passionate about helping others and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Resourceful in finding solutions and learning new skills quickly.

- **Soft Skills:**
- Strong creativity in approaching customer inquiries and problem-solving.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate responses clearly and effectively.
- Adaptability to handle a variety of customer inquiries and adjust to changing priorities.

- **Technical Skills:**
- Proficient in using computers, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Basic troubleshooting skills for common technical issues.
