About the Position Our Northern Beaches Contact Centre manages inbound and outbound calls. You will be responsible for managing the important first contact, through inbound and outbound calls, to our patients to book their appointment. You will provide exceptional customer service to book appointments for our extensive range of imaging procedures, including MRI, Ultrasound, and X-Ray. You will advise patients of the preparation they need to undertake prior to their procedure. You will ensure that all information entered and reviewed is accurate. You will complete billing and invoicing for our patients, liaise with referring doctors, and operate our booking system.
We make significant investments in your success by providing extensive initial and ongoing training and support so that you can successfully deliver against your KPIs and feel empowered to identify opportunities to improve our systems and processes. You will play an integral role in further developing the positive culture in the contact centre and will help the Team Leads achieve the goal of driving efficiency and improving customer satisfaction. You will also be based at one of our practices at least once a month to experience firsthand the work that is completed onsite.
About You You must have an outstanding customer service background, ideally within a contact centre, with excellent interpersonal skills, particularly with regards to compassion and empathy. You will thrive in a KPI-driven environment and genuinely enjoy interacting with people over the phone. You will be accustomed to entering complex data into a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, with the demonstrated ability to maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism in all circumstances. You must have the ability to prioritise your workload and be able to multi-task. You will have the ability to work as part of a cohesive team and autonomously.
