Quickly learn new project requirements and deliver to desired productivity, accuracy levels. Communicate and participate on project forums/meetings. Optimize existing processes, and provide ongoing feedback on tools and processes. Interpret customer feedback, monitor satisfaction and help drive programs to improve numbers.
