We are looking for a Content Creator and Video Editor based in Denver to join our growing team on our mission of becoming the #1 Probiotic Supplement Company in the US . This person will be responsible for creating, editing and testing video content on our social channels . What You'll Do: Create engaging in-office content in collaboration with the social team to test what resonates with audience Generate creative content ideas and work closely with the creative team to bring concepts to life Post content 3x daily across TikTok and Instagram to analyze performance and iterate on what works best Film and edit TikTok content directly within the app, utilizing features such as stitches, comment replies, and trending sounds Edit videos to ensure high-quality, polished content for both TikTok and Instagram Collaborate with the social team to brainstorm and refine content ideas, leveraging their expertise for in-camera content Monitor trends on TikTok and Instagram, staying up to date on what performs well on each platform and tailoring content accordingly Develop strategies for improving Instagram stories and overall page aesthetics, ensuring content aligns with brand goals Analyze content performance metrics to refine strategies and adjust content creation for optimal results Qualifications: Proven experience creating engaging content for TikTok and Instagram (portfolio, personal social's, previous employers social's) Expertise in TikTok filming, editing, and engaging with audiences through stitches, comments, and trending features Proficient in optimizing Instagram Stories and Reels to revitalize and enhance our Instagram presence Basic video editing skills utilizing apps such as CapCut / Final Cut Pro (knowledge of Adobe Premiere is a plus) Strong understanding of content trends on TikTok versus Instagram and how to tailor content accordingly Creative thinker with the ability to generate ideas and work collaboratively with multiple teams Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage content posting schedules and meet deadlines Ability to analyze content performance and pivot strategies based on data-driven insights BONUS: If you have experience using cinema, mirrorless, or ENG cameras to produce high-quality content; showcasing strong videography skills ABOUT OUR COMPANY: Our founder, Logan Chierotti, almost lost his hearing as a teenager.
