Introduction: Bloom, Sword Health's digital pelvic health solution for women, is looking for a talented creative and copywriter to help us improve women's health as a Content Manager. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this individual will develop and write all of Bloom's content and define our brand voice to drive member enrollments, activation and program completion across our Clients, key employers and health plans in the US and make our brand the most loved in the women's health space. This individual will be responsible for helping us achieve our audacious growth goals by writing impactful content that drives conversions across email, direct mail, landing pages, and webinars and evolve our brand voice and positioning. S/he will also manage creative projects including but not limited to videos and photoshoots. \n What you'll be doing:Develop B2C content for email and direct mail growth marketing campaigns to drive member enrollments, collaborating with the Bloom Marketing team and DesignEvolve our brand positioning and brand voice based on customer research and data to make it the most loved women's health brandDevelop new content to test and optimize performance across channels (e.g., subject lines, email and direct mail content, landing pages).Execute thematic campaigns, webinars, and guide social media content, as well as member and B2B newsletters.Manage our brand campaigns and assets including member testimonial videos, product videos and photoshoot.Create 2025 marketing thematic calendar, including key campaigns and product GTMWork cross-functionally with Bloom Marketing, Internal Design team, Marketing Operations, Growth Marketing, Brand Marketing, Bloom Clinical and Operations teams.Ensure flawless campaign execution, adhering to Sword's rigorous standards.
