Job description: The Content Manager will be responsible for developing, creating, and managing all content initiatives for Bruegmann. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager to ensure the execution of high-quality content across various platforms, engaging our audience and supporting overall company growth.

Key Responsibilities: 1. Content Creation & Management o Develop compelling copy and content for all digital channels and collateral, including emails, product guides, brochures, and white papers. o Ensure content aligns with Bruegmann's brand voice and objectives. 2. Social Media Execution o Create and execute content for social media platforms, including LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, and other platforms. o Manage social media campaigns to increase online presence and engagement. 3. Website Content Development o Develop and manage copy for Bruegmann's website to enhance visibility and support business growth. o Assist with the consolidation of existing websites into a unified platform, ensuring a seamless user-experience and content integration. o Understand sales behavior and tailor content for message continuity so there is consistency between all digital and non-digital channels Other Responsibilities: • Assist with minor graphic design for social media, marketing materials, and website content. • Support the marketing team with SEO/SEM through internal and agency initiatives to drive traffic and conversions. • Manage media content within social channels, ensuring visual consistency and brand alignment. • Proofread and edit all collateral created by the Marketing team and other departments, ensuring accuracy and consistency. Qualifications: • Proven experience in content creation, copywriting, and digital marketing. Familiarity with email platforms to assist with digital marketing initiatives. • Strong understanding of social media platforms and strategies. • Excellent proofreading skills with strong attention to detail. • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field. • 3-4+ years of experience in content creation, digital marketing, or a similar role. • Familiarity with SEO best practices and experience optimizing content for search engines. • Proficiency in WordPress, Google tools, Salesforce, and Adobe Creative Suite. Preferred: • Familiarity with Stripo email platform and HTML. • Experience with Salesforce CRM and Account Engagement (Pardot). • Understanding of Google Marketing Platform (Analytics and Tag Manager). \n
