Our global technology client is looking for a Content Manager.
The ideal candidate is extremely organized, savvy with reporting and digital workflow management tools, and has keen editorial instincts to support ongoing team initiatives and efforts.
They will provide critical support for a team of experienced product marketing managers and content creators supporting numerous departments in a fast-paced, enterprise environment.
They will report to the Head of Content & Editorial and will be in charge of maintaining systems access and permissions; monitoring data sources and composing weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports; assigning editorial tasks and monitoring deadlines; training partner teams on SOPs, SLAs, and required systems; editing and producing content; and other duties as assigned.
Responsibilities:
Monitor key websites, ticketing systems, and other information streams for relevant releases, assignments, and developments.
Maintain systems access, provide trainings, and conduct audits as necessary.
Maintain calendar of events that tracks content and project deadlines and other relevant dates.
Produce data-driven reports to identify and address issues and opportunities across editorial operations.
Work closely with other operations leads in other departments and PMMs to develop and enhance processes — including SOPs and SLAs — and systems that help drive content across the broader editorial team.
Requirements:
B.A.
or B.S.
degree.
Excellent written and oral communication skills and effective follow-up techniques.
Experience writing and editing enterprise marketing copy (e.g., email, ad, blog, white paper, article, etc.).
Experience interpreting data and chart-making.
Exceptional attention to detail and organization
Experience with Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Analytics, Asana, and Amazon internal tools (e.g., SIM, Chime, Quip, etc.)
Ability to work both independently and as a team player in a fast-paced environment
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $44.65 to $49.61 an hour.
Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
