Content Policy Manager
Responsibilities:
Understand existing policy and consult with partner teams on escalations, new use cases, or new product features.
Collaborate across departments and teams to communicate policy guidance and changes in the media landscape that may impact us.
Act as a point of contact and manage internal communications for policy issues.
Review current team processes and improve controls for increased team efficiency.
Support cross-functional policy projects, using data and existing policy to spot risks and recommend mitigations.
Remain up-to-date on industry trends and regulatory changes worldwide.
Deliver crisp, timely policy decisions in clearly written guidance, briefing leadership when needed.
Represent Content Policy in meetings.
Develop policies that consider multiple stakeholder perspectives, especially working with our writers, actors, and other creative professionals who craft the listening experiences we deliver.
Content Policy Manager
Qualifications:
3+ years of compliance, policy, moderation, or risk management experience.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Experience managing global projects.
Experience developing new policies and process improvements at a global scale preferred.
Direct experience working in content policy or digital content moderation preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present information clearly and concisely to senior leaders.
Strong analytical, strategic, and creative capabilities and judgment.
Ability to operate under high levels of ambiguity.
Technical fluency and knowledge of Word and Excel functions.
