WHAT YOU'LL DO Our efficient, committed Supply Chain team builds partnerships to get the right product to the right place at the right time. Logistics? Ready to pivot. We are searching for a temporary Continuous Improvement (CI) Coordinator to document, adopt, and deploy benchmark best practices within commercial operations. In this role, you will lead and support our continuous improvement solutions and strategy for driving the Talking Rain business forward. Reports to: Continuous Improvement (CI) Manager Direct Reports: N/A Location: Onsite at our Preston, WA office 3 days a week Base Hourly Rate: $28 - $34 Temporary Term Length: 6+ months Please note this is a temproary position with the potential to convert to full-time, regular status. Document commercial operation constraints that impact reaching company goals and objectives. Work in collaboration with the business process team to support business agility, scalability, and resilience. Follow up with functional leads on benchmark business practice education. Support implementation of KPIs, reporting, systems, and processes to achieve data-driven objectives. Update supporting benchmark artifacts including checklists, templates, workflows, SOPs & training videos. Monitor and track business process deployment and adoption across commercial operations. Coordinate change management governance to monitor and track adherence to best business practices. Help with applying benchmark best practices with the new Enterprise Resource Planning system. Organize collaboration with key stakeholders on education and adoption of continuous improvement. Inform continuous improvement thinking by scheduling learning opportunities for CI tools, like RCA. Ensure food safety, quality, and SQF practices are followed at all times, advising your immediate manager of any food safety and/or quality issues. Complete other responsibilities as assigned. WHAT YOU BRING 1+ years of Process Improvement experience, ideally in supply chain and operations. Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Supply Chain, or equivalent experience. Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite (e.g., Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel). Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) preferred.
