Specifically, the Continuous Improvement Lead will: Develop and execute a comprehensive Continuous Improvement strategy aligned with the company's goalsIdentify, prioritize, and lead Continuous Improvement projects that will enhance operational efficiency, quality, and productivityServe as a mentor/leader of multi-functional teams throughout OTTOBe a significant contributor to developing and promoting a continuous improvement culture at all levels of OTTOTrain teams on the concepts of continuous improvement and lean principles and lead efforts to help teams to utilize Continuous Improvement tools to analyze process, identify waste and implement solutions; develop necessary training materials when appropriateHelp team's function efficiently and effectively in pursuit of goals Help establish goals and objectives in conjunction with senior managers for continuous improvement teamsMonitor and report progress; develop and track Continuous Improvement metrics to measure the effectiveness of initiatives and regularly report progress and results to senior management and other stakeholders What you'll need to bring to the table:
