What You Can Look Forward To: Energy Recovery, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Continuous Improvement Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving and leading continuous improvement initiatives across various departments within the organization. This role will play a critical part in identifying opportunities for process optimization, implementing best practices, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness.
\n What Will You Do?Manages all activities for continuous improvement and performance enhancement. Employs Lean methodologies and tools in order to accomplish business objectives.Responsible for improving an organization's efficiency and effectiveness through the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives.Identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for standardization and innovation.Analyzing current processes and measuring performance metrics.Developing strategies to optimize workflow and eliminate waste.Implementing and overseeing continuous improvement initiatives.Monitoring and reporting on the progress of improvement projects.Collaborating with internal and external partners to make sustainable improvements.Training and developing staff on new processes.Measuring the success of initiatives through key performance indicators (KPIs).All other projects and duties as assigned. What You Bring to the Table:CIMs should have critical thinking skills, the ability to read and interpret documents, and the ability to work with mathematical concepts. They should also be able to speak effectively before groups and have the ability to write routine reports.Bachelor's Degree Preferred.Lean Six Sigma - Green or Black belt Manufacturing Certification.Well organized, high energy, data driven, and results oriented.Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.Experienced in technical writing or document control support.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Minimum 5-7 years proven continuous improvement analytical experience from a similar role, including project management and business analysis.Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience leading 5S and Lean initiatives in a manufacturing or operational environment, with a proven track record of driving measurable results.Confidence in your abilities to lead organizational change.
