Duties & Responsibilities:As a member of the Human Resources Department of Corporate Affairs, you will support team managers in the daily operations and special projects relating to the full spectrum of the Human Resources activities which include recruitment, manpower planning, employee relations, and performance management.
Requirements:To be successful in this role, you should be tertiary educated, majored in human resources management, business studies or a relevant discipline. You should also possess at least 3 years' of relevant experience, preferably gained from financial or multinational organizations. You are eager to succeed as an HR professional and be proactive, fast learner, detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks in a changing regulatory environment. A high level of numeracy and the ability to interpret and present statistical data are expected. Proficiency in PC applications including Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint is a must. Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese is also essential.
