Contract Documentation Specialist I

Contract: 12 months contract with possible extension
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Contract Documentation Specialist I to support our Purchasing & Supplier Management team.
The ideal candidate will have experience in contract review, negotiation, and a strong background in procurement.

Key Responsibilities:
Review and ensure compliance of contracts.

Redline contracts and effectively negotiate terms.

Communicate with stakeholders and team members to facilitate contract processes.

Support the procurement team with administrative tasks related to contract management.

Assist in the evaluation and approval of new suppliers.

Qualifications:
Required:
Contract review experience
Experience in a procurement environment
Strong communication and customer service skills
Preferred:
Experience with SAP SRM
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience (open to high school diploma candidates with relevant experience)

Work Environment:
Collaborative team environment, working independently and with a team of approximately 10 members.
