Contract Manager Pbus Emea

Draft, analyze, review and support negotiations of contracts - Making modifications when necessary. Have contract and/or terms related discussions/negotiations with suppliers, customers' Contract Managers and other representatives (using a combination of standard language and situation specific language).
Support and promote collaboration with the business in the assigned business areas with respect to driving the contract management process, including portfolio management, phasing, negotiation. Focus on portfolio of key strategic suppliers and customers, supporting overall business strategy. Design and execute contract management roadmap around strategic suppliers and customers.
Focus on contract templating, including identifying opportunities of automation. Partner with the business teams in assigned areas other Legal Team members as required in the utilization, modification and development of standard contracts and other legal documents.
Design and maintain contract life-cycle management processes, including coordination with various Goodyear business units.
Maintain Goodyear policy compliance in contract review and drafting. Interact with Legal Team to identify potential focus areas for compliance.
To Join Our Team You Will NeedBachelor or Masters degree in Civil Law from a University in EMEA (preferred).Experience with document management software.Min 5 years of experience of transaction or portfolio management activity in either a large corporate setting or a large law firm with corporate clients. Demonstrated experience in drafting, reviewing, coordinating & record retention.Effective communication skills, both orally & written.Proficient in MS Office tools including Excel, Access & PowerPoint.Ability to build effective relationships.Ability to deal with people at all levels.Fluency in English.
