How you make a differenceThe Recruiter (PT/PRN) is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and recommending candidates for employment opportunities within an assigned region of the company. They will work collaboratively with hiring managers and HR staff to develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent. This role requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple priorities and competing demands in a fast-paced environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement targeted recruitment strategies to source candidates using available resources.Conduct telephone and personal interviews with candidates, verify credentials, and conduct background checks.Manage applicant database/tracking system and track recruitment costs and success.Coordinate and attend recruiting events, including job fairs and company recruitment presentations.Assist with on-boarding of new hires, create offer letters, and ensure necessary paperwork is completed.Qualifications & RequirementsEducation
College degree in Human Resources, business, sales, or closely related field, preferred.Experience
