Description
The Contracts Administrator will be responsible for:
Ensure standard templates accommodate contractual requirements for new projects
Prepare and administer subcontracts and purchase orders across all projects
Utilize contract management software to input, track, and manage contracting process
Maintain accurate and organized contract records, documentation, and progress notes * Ensure subcontractors and vendors return a fully and correctly executed contract
Review all documents for accuracy upon return
Address and resolve administrative compliance issues or discrepancies related to contracts and purchase orders
Ensure all documentation is saved and updated in the tracking system
Review and maintain subcontractor insurance certificates throughout the contract period and during the period of completed operations
Perform other related duties as required
Profile
The ideal Contracts Administrator will have:
3+ years of contracts experience within the construction industry
Understanding of the contract and procurement process within the construction industry
Strong communication skills
Effective organizational skills
Strong computer/technology skills
