Contracts Manager

Job DescriptionPrimary Function of PositionThe Contracts Manager will report to the IT Contracts Manager. They will support the review, negotiation, and execution of IT contracts. The Contracts Manager will offer commercial and legal expertise. They will negotiate terms with suppliers to reduce risk and ensure compliance with legal and company requirements in procuring Intuitive's products and services.
Essential Job Duties Build solid relationships with key partners across the company.Consult on key points of law and commercial best practices. Advise on contractual rights and obligations. Interpret complex terms and conditions.Responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts that establish business relationships with suppliers.Examine contracts to ensure compliance with company policy, government regulations, applicable laws, and other requirements.Examine, interpret, and respond to legal issues presented in contracts.Work directly with administrators, purchasing personnel, and attorneys representing the company's suppliers.
