As a Contributor Liason, you will have a direct hand in creating content seen by millions of readers and impacting the industry as a whole. If you know how to get pageviews and are enthusiastic about trying new things to engage readers, we want to talk to you.
Key Responsibilities: Contributor Onboarding:Send welcome emails to new collaborators.Provide instructions on how to use the portal and upload articles.Assist contributors with technical problems and provide problem resolution as necessary.Update contributor profiles.Respond to emails promptly. Data Entry:Update contributor spreadsheets daily with the following:Mark contributors who are accepted.Update the date of the last published article.Collect and input profile details such as profile photo and bio. RSS Feed Management:Select and post articles on a daily basis.Edit high value content for clarity and communicate with Contributors to ease the burden of publishingUpload preselected articles from contributors to the content management system.
