Control Room Production Assistant (Game Day)

Job Overview

The Control Room Production Assistant will work closely with the PhanaVision Game Producers to execute a successful and seamless game presentation.
The candidate in this role will be responsible for preparing the control room for all Phillies home games.

Job Duties & Responsibilities Prepare and distribute copies of game day script to production crew.Update video playback system according to the game script.Update features and sponsored content for in-game presentation.Collect stat packets and starting lineup/rosters.Assist with updating note headshots for each team.Assist with updating Around the Horn facts for Phillies starting lineup.Test content with game-day Director and TD. Qualifications Candidates must have or be pursuing a degree in communications or have an interest working in Video ProductionExperience with Live Event Production.Experience with Live Event Production.Eagerness to collaborate and work in a team environment.Ability to work all Phillies Home Games beginning March 31, 2025.Ability to work flexible hours; including: evenings, weekends, and holidays .Ability to lift up to 50lbs.General baseball knowledge is preferred.
