Highlights about this opportunity: High growth potential Great culture Competitive salary and benefits package Hybrid schedule Responsibilities of the Controller include but are not limited to: General ledger maintenance, reconciliations, and work papers for a diverse portfolio of residential properties Act as a resource for Director of Operations, Regional Managers, Property Administration, Staff and Accounting Department Personnel on accounting issues Assist in preparing year end and quarterly financial statements for investment funds Maintain, reconcile, and record monthly third party property management accounting Provide back up and support to the Fund Controller and Assistant Controller as needed Prepare special reports and projects, collect, analyze and summarize information and trends Manage and grow a team Controller requirements: BS degree in Accounting 7+ years of accounting experience in Real Estate Management experience required Very strong excel skills #LI-MP3
