Controller

One of the area's brightest stars is seeking a Controller to be responsible for all aspects of financial management including accounting, budgeting and financial reporting, treasury, etc.

Reporting to the CFO, you will
Work closely with the senior leadership on planning and reporting compliance etc.
Lead the Accounting processes and Accounting team to develop accounting expertise and foster a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.
Develop and implement internal policies and procedures that lead to long term beneficial solutions.
Develop improvement in closing processes to save time and improve accuracy and continually focus on identifying tax strategies to minimize tax liability.
Requirements: Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance, CPA/MBA preferred, but not required.
Minimum of 6 years accounting experience with at least 3 years in leadership
