\n ResponsibilitiesLead and manage all accounting functions, ensuring the smooth operation of monthly closing processes and delivering precise financial reporting to both internal and external stakeholdersEstablish, document, and deploy accounting procedures to govern accounting and financial activities, including implementation of new accounting standardsOversee accounts payable and accounts receivable team, establishing efficient processing of invoices, payments, and collections. Build and lead a team to support scaling operationsCoordinate with external auditors during year-end audits, providing necessary documentation and information related to inventory, cost of goods sold, and R&D spending.
