Controller

Job Summary: The Controller is responsible for managing the company's financial operations, including accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance. This role ensures accurate and timely financial statements, oversees internal controls, and provides strategic financial insights to senior management. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Oversee day-to-day accounting functions (AP, AR, payroll, general ledger). Manage budgeting and forecasting processes. Ensure compliance with tax laws and financial regulations. Conduct variance analysis and provide financial insights to management. Lead and develop the finance team. Coordinate annual audits and tax filings. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred). 5+ years of accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role. Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting. Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Proficient in ERP systems and advanced Excel skills
