We are dedicated to growing our North American business and are looking for a dynamic and experienced Controller to join our team.
Role Overview: We are seeking a Controller with a robust background in global business and strategy, fluent in both English and Spanish.
This position also requires HR experience, as our office in Doral is a small but integral part of our larger global company.
The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in shaping our North American business strategy and managing HR responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement financial strategies to support the growth of our North American business.
Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.
Collaborate with senior management to drive business strategy and decision-making.
Manage HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
Coordinate with global teams to align financial practices and policies.
Qualifications: Proven experience in a global business environment with strategic planning responsibilities.
Bilingual in English and Spanish.
Strong HR background, with hands-on experience in managing HR functions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a small office setting within a larger corporate structure.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with financial software and tools.
A collaborative and proactive approach to leadership.
Experience of 10+ years.
