YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS OUR CONTROLLER As our Controller, you'll be building our accounting department from the ground up. This includes:
Building and automating our accounting systems & processes, dashboards and reports, and performing all day to day accounting duties with a limited budget. Bookkeeping, AR/AP, Payroll, Job Costing, Budgeting, Reconciliations, Report Preparation & Review, Compensation Plan Administration, Record Keeping, and Assisting with Cost Control. Working with our advisors and overseeing our Tax/Compliance and Insurance. Here's what we need from you: Bachelor's degree in accounting 10+ years of accounting experience in a managerial role A mastery of GAAP, general ledger accounting principles, and financial reporting A strong understanding of accounts payable and receivable processes Expert-level proficiency in Excel Expert-level proficiency in QuickBooks CLEAR CHOICE CUSTOM DECKS: WHY CHOOSE US?
