Salary: $135,000 - $150,000 plus bonus Office Environment: On-site

Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day operations of the Accounting department, including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Payroll, Purchasing, and General tasks.Provide regular financial reports to owners, the president, and external reporting establishments monthly, quarterly, and annually.Utilize ERP modules for data mining to generate analytical reports on revenue and costs as necessary.Supervise the company's cash position, banking relations, credit policies, and procedures, ensuring accurate daily cash balancing and projections.Manage contracts, leases, and reserve levels for cash, inventory, and accounts.Develop annual budgets for the company and individual departments, updating as required.Maintain material and labor cost centers, providing annual machine and labor rates to estimating and sales teams.Handle monthly and annual tax filings for the company, including sales and use, personal property, and corporate taxes.Assist auditors by providing necessary documents and schedules for the annual audit and tax filing.Conduct annual reviews of corporate business, worker's compensation, and other insurances, contributing to final insurance decisions.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Business or Finance.Ability to excel in a hands-on, fast-paced environment.Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and v lookups.Experience with ERP systems.
