Controls Engineer - Manufacturing

We are seeking an experienced Controls Engineer to join our team. As a Controls Engineer, you will be responsible for the design, installation, programming, debugging, troubleshooting, and commissioning of industrial control systems. The ideal candidate will have experience with PLCs - Siemens/Rockwell, Debugging, VFD, Panel Layout, Industrial Controls, Panel Design, Power Distribution, and Servos.
Position Overview:
Design, develop, install, and maintain control systems and equipment Analyze specifications, drawings, and schematics to determine the most effective control systems to meet customer needs Develop and debug control systems Troubleshoot and repair control systems Provide technical support to customers Perform commissioning of control systems Key Responsibilities:
Create and implement control systems to meet customer requirements Design and layout control panels Develop and debug programs for PLCs, VFDs, servos, and other industrial control systems Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair control systems Install and commission control systems Provide technical support to customers Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field 5+ years of experience working with industrial controls Experience with PLCs - Siemens, Rockwell, Debugging, VFDs, Panel Layout, Industrial Controls, Panel Design, and Power Distribution Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to design and develop control systems from specifications Excellent communication and customer service skills Familiarity with servos and other motion control systems a plus Benefits Vacation/PTO Medical Dental Vision 401k Bonus Relocation Telecommute Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.
