Conventional and Swing Sales Representatives responsible for direct sale and marketing of products.Meet with customers at their business locations to drive outside sales revenue and growth.Develop sales plan, prospect for new accounts, and provide efficient service and merchandising.

Responsibilities
• Make direct sales to customers and prospective customers at their business locations.• Constantly prospect for new accounts and develop assigned sales area through outside sales calls.• Develop sales plan for each outside sales call to reach volume and distribution goals.• Anticipate objections from customers and have action plan to address.• Provide efficient service and merchandising to enhance image of corporate brands.• Ensure all product in the account is saleable and in code.• Maintain or increase shelf facings for all brands and products according to company standards.• Solicit and maintain secondary displays for promotional activity.• Insure distribution of all authorized product on every visit.• Identify problems and competitive activity on route and communicate to supervisor.• Follow Company guidelines and policies promptly on product complaints or major recall issues.• Follow up on special dealer requests and notify vending department of customer closings.• Retrieve voice mail messages and act on customers' requests.• Maintain strong working relationship with key personnel in accounts.• Complete all new account forms and submit daily with appropriate tax exempt forms.• Maintain accurate sales book entries, submit required paperwork in a timely manner.• Maintain assigned company property in a clean condition.• Report any malfunctions immediately.• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Requirements
• Equivalent of high school diploma or G.E.D. certification and two years successful sales and/or customer contact experience.• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field preferred.• Sales experience.• Proficiency in MS Office including Word and Excel.
