You have at least one year of culinary experience.You have the desire and ability to learn entry-level cooking...and perhaps beyond!You're reliable and love a fast-paced work environment.You are able to maintain a clean and organized work area.You have basic culinary knowledge or are eager and willing to learn!You have proficient knife skills or the ability and desire to learn.You love to create positive guest experiences both in the kitchen and throughout the hotel.You have an appreciation for and commitment to the outdoors, sustainability, and your own personal growth.You are authorized to work in the United States.You have an appreciation for and commitment to the outdoors, sustainability, and your own personal growth.
What You'll Do...
You'll prepare meal ingredients as directed by the executive chef or sous chefsYou'll prepare fresh produce by peeling, cutting, and portioning.You'll prepare simple dishes such as breads or salads.You'll mix or prepare condiments, dressings, and sauces.You'll maintain compliance with applicable health, safety, food handling, and hygiene codes and standards.You'll assist with unloading, inspection, and storage of raw ingredients and supplies.Be an Ambassador for Gravity Haus, sharing our mission and and vision to build our globally conscious community for the modern adventurers!Embrace the Gravity Haus core values of: Keep Growing! Salary Description
$20.00-$23.00
