The Cook at CAMP Parks Dublin is responsible for preparing and serving nutritious meals in a timely manner while maintaining high standards of food safety and cleanliness.
The Cook will work as part of a team to ensure a positive dining experience for all personnel.


Key Responsibilities: Prepare a variety of meals, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner, according to standardized recipes and dietary requirements.
Ensure that all food is prepared and served in compliance with health and safety regulations.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dining areas, including proper storage of food items.
Assist in menu planning and inventory management, ensuring all supplies are ordered and stocked as needed.
Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient meal service and address any dietary restrictions or special requests.
Participate in training and development programs to enhance culinary skills and knowledge of food safety practices.
Monitor food quality and presentation, making adjustments as necessary to ensure satisfaction.
Maintain equipment and kitchen tools in good working condition, reporting any maintenance issues promptly.
Qualifications: Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment preferred.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and carry heavy items (up to 50 lbs).
Stand for extended periods and perform tasks that require physical stamina.
