Cook Responsibilities: Cut, Chop, Slice, Dice, Fry, Grill - you can do it all. Assist in maintaining inventory by tracking, labeling, and replacing key ingredients. Prep as needed with full knowledge or working in a kitchen. Follow all relevant food health and safety guidelines. Maintain a workstation that is both clean and sanitary. Communicate with the manager about any kitchen supplies and upgrades that are needed. Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation area, including tables, shelves, broilers, sauté burners, ovens, flat-top griddles, and refrigeration equipment both during and after service. Cook Skills:  High school diploma or GED. Previous restaurant experience, preferably as a cook. Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen. Strong communication skills. Availability to work evening and weekend shifts. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. Knowledge of and willingness to embrace important food health and safety guidelines. Willingness to continue learning and improving your craft. Must have Food Handlers Certification.
