• Make outstanding food while following menus, recipes, and preferences• Manage dining room, atmosphere, and overall experience• Clean, maintain, and ensure sanitary kitchen and equipment• Comply with regulations and policies• Supervise food requisitions and delivery• Provide oversight and supervision of dining area• Comply with all state regulations• Attend staff in-services and meetings• Uphold confidentiality of residents and protected PHI• Maintain freezer inventory and rotation

• Outstanding customer service skills and leadership potential• Passion for great tasting food and elegant service• Excellent communication and organizational skills• High School diploma or equivalent• Two year's related experience or high aptitude for food and kitchen management
