Functional Accountabilities CulinaryPrepare food according to standardized recipes and production sheet needs to include portion control, garnishing and presentation.
Continue to improve cooking skills through flexibility in assignments.
Store leftovers and prep food using proper labeling and within timeframes.
Inventory food items as assigned.
Safety/SanitationMaintain appropriate records of food temperatures, production, waste and usage.
Maintain and ensure food safety standards.
Maintain a clean, sanitary work environment throughout shift according to the standards of the department, hospital and regulatory agencies.
