Job Description: Join us as a skilled CMM Programmer and Operator where youll play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and precision of products. Your responsibilities include analyzing and interpreting blueprints data manuals and other materials to program and operate the Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM). Youll continuously revise programs to maximize effectiveness and efficiency driving improvements to the Quality Management System. Leading the identification and implementation of enhancements youll ensure that customer requirements are consistently met. Additionally youll provide crucial QA support to the bid and proposal process reviewing customerfurnished engineering data and developing quality and inspection plans. With a keen eye for detail youll investigate and resolve manufacturingrelated issues performing productability assessments for part or product designs. Your expertise will also be invaluable in providing input on design and manufacturing processes to meet cost and schedule targets.
Requirements: High school diploma/GED required Fouryear technical degree or equivalent education/experience preferred Desired knowledge of customer and industry standards such as AS9100 statistical process control (SPC) FAA requirements Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma Familiarity with problemsolving techniques including Statistical Quality Control/Statistical ProcessControl Five to ten years of technical experience with at least two to three years in quality assurance Three years of CMM programming experience in PCDMIS Job Order #115795 StandBy Personnel Skilled Division
