JOB SUMMARY:
Supports the AO Express and Technology team to troubleshoot and correct various hardware and software configurations for all systems used within Attractions Operations. Organizing and reporting on various new technology tests to ensure flawless roll-outs past the testing phase of a project.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Troubleshoot and analyze Attractions Operations hardware and software issues to minimize downtime of business-critical systems while ensuring fast and accurate response times. Opens and follows-up on I.T. trouble tickets to ensure proper completion and satisfaction of requirements.
Manage technical project testing from conception through completion by organizing and compiling data metrics that are critical to maintaining attraction standards. Gathers feedback from Attractions partners and provides status updates to Management for review.
Inventory, track, and audit all equipment used by Attractions Operations to ensure equipment is fully functional and all routine maintenance schedules are followed. Print, monitor and track all Single Attraction Pass usage and requests. Manage the fulfillment process of venue and Management requests.
Support the Supervisor of Technology and Equipment in the development and implementation of new or modified Technologies, processes, and controls. Gather, define, and document business requirements for any system or hardware upgrades that affect the attractions teams.
Understands and actively participates in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy, procedures, training and team member involvement activities.
Performs other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION:
Technical School preferred.
Associate's degree in IT preferred.
EXPERIENCE:
3+ years of troubleshooting and supporting technology is required.
1+ year operations experience is preferred.
1+ year of project tracking preferred.
Or equivalent combination of education and experience.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and large group situations to clients, and other employees of the organization.
Individual must be proficient in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
Detail oriented.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize competing tasks.
Problem solving skills.
