This position is often the first contact our customers have with our company, Customer Service skills and friendly/helpful demeanor are required! Must be self-motivated and organized! Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and web-based software are key to the success of this role as well · File management and ensuring all information is updated and accurate. · Collection and maintenance of customer contact and relevant information. · Ensure all calls and information is directed to the correct person. · Lead and track the Service Departments AP and AR · Manage various project related documents · Track and report service inventory allocation. · Maintain employee paperwork · Other duties as required/assigned.
