ATTENTION: The office of Admissions at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater seeks a TransferArticulation Coordinator (Outreach Program Manager, OE008). 
JOB DETAILS: The TransferArticulation Coordinator will work as a team member in a fast-paced workplace focused on customer service, enrollment management and studentsuccess. This is a 12-month, full-time position that reports to the Assistant Director of Admissions. The Transfer Articulation Coordinatorwill support the division of Academic Affairs in the creation and review of articulation agreements between UW-Whitewater and otherinstitutions. This position will build and maintain relationships with other colleges and universities. The Transfer ArticulationCoordinator will work closely with deans, department chairs and faculty to maintain and develop articulation agreements that are effective,collaborative and student focused. This position will contribute to the transfer student enrollment strategy by providing support and bestpractices.
QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum qualifications: Earned Bachelor's Degree Strong written and verbal communicationskills Experience working with transfer processes and/or evaluating transcripts Minimum of one year of experience in an educational setting such as Admissions Office, Registrar's Office, academicdepartment, or relatable areas Valid driver's license (or ability to obtain a valid driver'slicense) Preferred Qualifications: Earned Master's Degree  Three years or more experience working with articulationagreements  Knowledge of student information systems and document management systems, includingPeopleSoft Campus Solutions and Perceptive Content Document Management.  Commitment to developing aninclusive and collaborative work environment among faculty, staff and students  Strong organizationalskills with attention to detail  Ability to work independently and as a member of ateam Ability to think creatively and develop initiatives from concept to completion Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Willingness andability to be an active participant in following applicable safety rules and regulations, including necessary training anddrills  Ability to interact respectfully with people from diverse socioeconomic, cultural, and ethnicbackgrounds RESPONSIBILITIES: The following examples of duties andresponsibilities illustrate the general range of tasks assigned to the position, but are not intended to define the limits of requiredduties. Other essential duties may be assigned consistent with the general scope of the position.
Provide leadership and management on the development and renewal of general and program-specific institutionalarticulation agreements (60%)  Develop and maintain successful relationships witharticulation directors and program faculty at feeder institutions.  Work closely with deans,department chairs and faculty to review and identify articulation needs and interpret current articulation issues.  Collaborate with the Assistant Director of Admissions and Provost Office to facilitate the organization, prioritization andmanagement of articulation agreement.  Facilitate the building and writing of such agreements, andorganize the official approval process.  Coordinate and facilitate meetings with and provide resourcesto deans, department chairs and faculty in the development of articulations.  Develop new agreements,broadening the diversity of institutions and types of agreements.  Visit both partner and prospectiveinstitutions to build relationships.  Disseminate information on articulation agreements to campuscommunity and academic advisors.  Maintain accurate records of articulations with up-to-dateagreements, contact information, renewal guidelines, etc. both in written form and on the institutional website. Work collaboratively with the Admissions Marketing Coordinator and University Marketing and Communications on the creationof the communication strategy regarding articulation pathways.  Collect, analyze and share data inregards to articulation agreements and their effectiveness in serving students. TransferCoordination (30%)  Provide support within various technologies of the admissionsoffice, such as CRM platform (Slate), student information system (PeopleSoft), and various web products (Transferology, TES). Train staffand remain up-to-date with upgrades. Evaluate effectiveness of outreach and create analytic reports onsuch tools.  Collaborate with ITS (Information Technology Services) and product vendors to betteralign product with admissions needs.  Collaborate with office Business Analyst to ensure public-facingreports and data are up-to-date. Maintain ongoing research and analysis on emerging transfer pathwaysthat could benefit overall accessibility for UW-Whitewater students. Other(10%)  Collaborate with the Provost Office and Registrar Office to maintain an up-to-dateand accurate list of majors and minors. Manage the UW System application, Common Application, and MyMajors platforms as it relates to majorsand minors. Develop and maintain professional contacts with comparable UW units, businesses,education institutions, and vendors.  Additional duties as assigned by the Assistant/Director ofAdmissions CAMPUS INFORMATION: UNIVERSITY INFORMATION.
