You'll learn more about this during the recruitment process.JOB SUMMARY:Marketing Strategy team's efforts to support destination-wide communication strategy development. The Brand & Marketing Strategy Coordinator will lean to create strategic assessments through data-based decision-making, connect consumer research to insight and strategies, and gain an understanding of the theme park marketplace and customer journey.MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:Research and analyze both internal and publicly available information, including competitive intelligence, to create strategic assessments that can aid team in informing overall destination wide communication strategy or potential opportunities.Synthesize strategic direction and develop actionable Standard Operating Procedure guides (SOPs).Assist in communicating strategic direction to program stakeholders in respective areas gain alignment and aid in effective execution.Understand and actively participate in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy, procedures, training, and team member involvement activities.Perform other duties as assigned.EDUCATION:Associate degree (AA) or higher is preferred.EXPERIENCE:1+ year experience in marketing, strategy, or research preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Your talent, skills and experience will be rewarded with a competitive compensation package.Universal Orlando Resort.Here you can.Universal Orlando is an equal opportunity employer.
