Description
Job purpose
Responsible for assisting and supporting operations of the KMATS program.
Duties and responsibilities Assisting in KMATS student support service; preparing administrative documents and mailing, responding to the academic inquiry (email), and updating information on Student Information Center Supporting in KMATS academic operations; assisting in Canvas set-up, creating online forms for KMATS events, and creating tracking files and forms for summative evaluation and other academic information, managing mailings Collaborating with the other team members of Global Ministries - Korean Initiatives to assist and support KMATS/GMKI events
May perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Strong understanding of Westminster's mission and teaching Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred Intimate knowledge of Korean culture and social conventions Proficient in Word, Excel, Pages and Keynotes Experience in data and information management Working conditions This is a part-time, non-exempt position.
10-15 hours per week are expected.
May require occasional travel (local, regional, and international).
