Job Summary The Team Coordinator is an integral part of the Organization.
The Team Coordinator provides ongoing, foundational support to the engineering team members through the coordination of samples and information management. Primary Duties Product sample ordering and organization Complete packaging inspections, product attributes, and data entry of various steps in the engineering process Stage and organize product for photo shoots Organize and prepare part samples for Engineering review Assist Engineering staff with testing and measurements Assist Product Managers with collecting physical part information Support Quality Engineering in collecting, preparing, and staging samples for analysis Follow up, track, and document in support of the engineering team needs Qualifications Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential Ability to use basic measurement tools such as calipers, tape measure, micrometer, and a scale Forklift and terret truck certifications-- Will train the right candidate Knowledge of truck parts or auto parts useful but not required Experience with computers and Microsoft Office tools-Particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook Experience working within an engineering or quality control organization desirable but not required Must be able to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment Machine shop tool skills a plus but not required. Education / Experience High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates degree preferred 1-3 years of relevant experience Core Values & Competencies
