We are seeking a courteous, warm and welcoming person to join our team and help us promote St. Laurence School as a religious, safe and caring environment.
Ideal candidate will be a Catholic in good standing, able to work independently, remain calm under pressure and have a sense of humor!
Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
This position is from 8am to 4 pm on Monday, Wednesday and Friday when students are in attendance; summer hours are to be agreed upon.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Proficient in Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel and School Speak. Excellent communication skills and telephone etiquette Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with others in the course of work. Skilled at problem solving job-related issues. Ability to process paperwork accurately according to standardized procedures. Ability to maintain confidentiality of information regarding students, employees and others. Organizational and time management skills. Knowledge of office management procedures.
