Compensation: $500,000-$750,000

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Ophthalmologist (fellowship or non) to join our growing practice. This is an exciting opportunity to provide high-quality eye care to a diverse patient base in a state-of-the-art facility.
Responsibilities:Diagnose and treat a wide variety of eye conditions and diseases, including cataracts, glaucoma, diabetic retinopathy, and macular degeneration.Perform comprehensive eye exams and provide accurate prescriptions for glasses and contact lenses.Conduct surgical procedures, including cataract surgery, LASIK, and other eye surgeries as needed.Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient care.Educate patients on eye health, preventative care, and treatment options.Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.Qualifications:MD or DO with a specialization in Ophthalmology.Board-certified or board-eligible in Ophthalmology.Valid state medical license (or eligibility to obtain).Experience in a clinical or surgical setting preferred.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.Benefits:Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses.Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance.Retirement savings plan (401k).Paid time off (PTO) and holidays.Continuing medical education (CME) allowance.Malpractice insurance coverage.If you're looking for a rewarding career in a dynamic and supportive practice, we would love to hear from you!
