Corporal/School Resource Officer - Mchs

The City of Bennettsville has an opening for a Corporal/School Resource Officer at Marlboro County High School. Applicant should have any combination of education and experience equivalent to graduation from high school. Applicant must be at least 21 years old. S.C. Class I Officer Certification is preferred.
Applicant will provide an active law enforcement entity on school campus and provide security for afterschool programs. Applicant will provide instruction for short term law related education to school. Applicant will perform community oriented proactive law enforcement work involving a variety of general or support duty police assignments.
Possession of an appropriate driver's license valid in the State of South Carolina is required.
Salary will commensurate with experience.
